I'm a memoirist, essayist, live storyteller, and the author of Sober Mom: A Memoir (July 2026). My work explores loss, motherhood, and recovery from alcoholism, and has appeared in HuffPost, The Rumpus, Under the Gum Tree, and more. I earned a Best of the Net nomination in 2023 and have performed with Listen to Your Mother and Generation Women. I'm Program Director at Project Write Now, a nonprofit writing organization. I live in New Jersey and engage with readers through a weekly Substack newsletter.
